The aidentme platform
The dashboard has two parts: input settings — how to model your audience’s behaviour, and analytics — what the neural networks actually answer.
Study settings
- Brands and competitors. The company name in every spelling — Cyrillic, Latin, common typos, pre-rebrand names — plus the competitor list. The platform resolves all forms into one entity.
- Prompt pool. A library of questions AI should find you by, grouped by segment: branded, informational, commercial. Upload your own scenarios or build the pool with an aidentme analyst from real choice situations.
- AI engines. Checkboxes for specific systems: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Yandex Alice, GigaChat. Text models and AI assistants with on-screen answers are handled separately.
- Geo and language. Markets from the US and UK to Russia and Kazakhstan. The query language and the market are set independently: an English-language query from London and a Russian-language one from Almaty are separate slices.
- Monitoring frequency. A one-off study, monthly or weekly waves. Repeated runs within a wave are configurable (5 by default).
Automation and reporting
Anomaly alerts
An email or Telegram notification when the share of mentions drops sharply, a competitor pushes you out of the top recommendations, or a model starts reproducing a negative claim.
API and BI integration
Metrics are available via API: AI Share of Voice goes onto corporate Power BI / Tableau dashboards next to traffic and sales — no manual exports.
Human review
Significant findings are checked by an analyst: automatic labeling is complemented by expert review, and every finding carries a status — observation, calculation, expert judgment or hypothesis.
